Hotel Policies
Deposit & Cancellation Policy - A 100% deposit is required for most reservations. If you need to cancel your reservation for any reason, the deposit is non-refundable; however the deposit may be used for a future stay with us. If you desire to shorten your stay, you will not be refunded for the remainder of your stay; however you may be issued a credit for a future stay. There is travel insurance available, through outside companies, for if you decide to cancel your plans.
No pets or smoking are allowed with-in the lodge. We offer some pet-friendly rooms that are available upon request. Any pets exemplified must be trained; respect the quiet enjoyment of other guests, and also must never be left unattended.
Children must not be left unattended. They must respect the quiet enjoyment of others.
All of our guests need to present a photo I.D. and the credit card used, upon check in. All guests must be registered, before exploring the property or using the services. Unregistered guests will be asked to leave, or escorted off the property. The amount of registered guests staying with you is taken strongly into account.
We are not responsible for accidents, injury, or loss of property. If property is left and found, we may send it in the mail for a reasonable fee.
All guests must respect the quiet enjoyment of our hotel staff and the guests who stay here. Anyone who violates any rules or who violates any local or state laws will be asked to leave or escorted off the property.
Any guest who is unwilling to pay, or who desires to be refunded must leave the property and find a diplomatic approach. There is travel insurance available, through outside companies, for if you decide to cancel your plans.
Check-in time is from 3:00pm and onward. If you desire to check-in at an earlier time or later than 9:00pm, please call to see if we can accommodate you.
Please note that there is a 9% N.H. Room & Meals tax.
